How can I order?

To complete a purchase on our store, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Select the item(s) you want to buy from our website: https://hokefi.store/

Step 2: Please select the desired specifications, not limited to size or color (if applicable), for the item(s) you wish to purchase.

Step 4: Select desired quantity and click "ADD TO CART" button.

Step 5: To complete your purchase, please provide your personal data, including contact information and shipping address. If you have a discount code, you can apply it during checkout.

If you completed the entire process correctly, you will receive a confirmation email containing a detailed description.

Why have I not received my order confirmation?

If an order has been successfully placed and processed, you will receive an automatic order receipt confirmation via email. If you don't find any email in your inbox, please check your Spam/Junk folder again.

If you have checked your Spam/Junk mailbox and still have not received a confirmation email, we recommend that you Contact Us so we can resolve this issue for you.

Where can I find size guides?

Please note that in the apparel industry, it is common to observe slight variations in garment measurements. This means there may be a slight deviation (also known as a tolerance) so with the measurements listed in the size guide, a maximum of 1 inch (2.54 cm). Such small deviations can occur and they do not just cause defects in the product.

Having said that, if the size deviation of the clothes you received is more than the mentioned wrong, please contact our support team through the convenient means after Contact Us

Where does Hokefi deliver from?

In addition to work on part of our product at our US facilities, we also operate with multiple fulfillment centers worldwide, including the EU, UK, Australia and Asia. This allows us to offer shoppers a wider selection of merchandise.

We cooperate exclusively with suppliers mastered by our strict quality control principles and standards. We sincerely hope that you will cherish the end product as much as we do!

Does Hokefi send an invoice with the package?

We do not include order receipts in our packages. Instead, we just include the shipping label, showing the tracking number and shipping address.

All information related to the order invoice will be in the order confirmation email or you can contact us here for us to provide you.

How many is the transportation fee?

A $4.99 shipping fee will apply to all orders with one item. However, orders that include two or more items will be eligible for free shipping.

When will my order be processed and shipped?

At Hokefi, the processing time for orders before shipping takes about 3-6 business days, and the estimated delivery time is from 6-10 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the shipment. This email will include your tracking number and a link that will allow you to track the progress of your package.

I want to cancel my order?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and we are sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your order. If you wish to continue with cancellation, please contact us via email at: Support@Hokefi.store

Please note that you can only cancel or modify your order within 6 hours from the time of placing it. After this period has passed, the order will be locked for processing and no further cancellations or modifications can be made.

I received items not as described.

If the item you received does not match the description, please follow the steps outlined below:

Please compare the items you received with the description provided on the product detail page. Please keep in mind that there can be a difference of as small as 20% between the advertised image and the actual item you receive. This difference may occur due to factors such as lighting during photography or changes in monitor display.
If your items are still significantly different from the pictures or description, please contact our support team by clicking on the screen with the item you received and the packaging received. Includes detailed shipping labels to best assist you.
