I. 30 Days Full Refund/ Free Replacement Policy
Our 30-day full refund/ free replacement policy covers the following reasons. If you are provided with a refund or replacement order, there will be no requirement to return the received items.
- If the items you receive are defective, damaged, broken, or do not work properly
- The received items do not match the provided description or the requested product customization information.
- The size of the item is incorrect or does not match the expected size.
- Lost/missing items
II. No Refund Or Replacement
The following issues are not covered by our 30-day Refund & Replacement Policy, and we cannot be held responsible for them.
- A request for a refund or replacement is made after the 30-day period following product delivery.
- Pick the wrong size, product, addess, custom information, ect.
- The product has been damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or inadequate maintenance.
- Items that have been washed, worn, soiled, or damaged as a result of the customer's handling.
- Requests for refunds or replacements based on personal reasons such as personal taste or change of mind.
- Products purchased during a sale or promotional period.
III. The procedure for requesting a refund or replacement service is as follows:

- Step 2. For a refund or replacement request, please provide detailed photos of the received items, along with the package cover and shipping label.
- Step 3. Get refund or replacement items after we received your ticket
IV. Refund Time
Once your refund is approved, the funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. The timeframe for the refund to appear on your account or statement is as follows:
- Credit card: Up to 10 business days
- Paypal: 3 - 5 business days
