Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Production time and shipping time

We process orders from Monday to Friday and aim to deliver your items within 2-3 business days.

Please note that during peak shopping seasons, such as large sales, promotions, or new product releases, as well as from November 11 onwards until December 31st, shipping times may be longer than usual, shipping times may be longer than usual. As a result, the total delivery time may be extended by 4-5 days. Rest assured that we will make every effort to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.

Our business hours are from Monday to Friday, Pacific Standard Time, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

  • Production Time: 2 ~ 3 business days.

As each of our items is made-to-order, the manufacturing period will take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

  • United States:   Shipping Time: 3 ~ 5 business days.
  • Worldwide:        Shipping Time: 5 - 10 business days.

At this time, we are unable to ship to military locations in the United States. We regret in advance for any difficulty this may cause.

The following is an estimation of total delivery times. We can only provide an estimate of delivery timeframes due to variables that frequently impact overseas shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays.

Note: Please allow for a reasonable delivery time frame that takes into account any unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. We are unable to offer refunds for delayed delivery resulting from situations beyond our control.

3. Order tracking

To ensure a smooth process, we make all orders on demand. Once you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation Email that includes your order and purchase details. Please note that it takes about an hour to prepare your order for production. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please do so within 6 hours from the time of placing the order. After that time, we cannot cancel or modify your order. Once your order is ready, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email.

We will send you a shipping update email with your tracking number once your purchase has been shipped. You can track your package by clicking on the provided link in the email.

Please note that it may take several days for tracking information to be accessible after receiving your Shipping Update email. This is due to the package scanning process and is a typical occurrence that will not cause any delays in your delivery.

THE TRACKING SYSTEM SHOWS THAT THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TO ITS DESTINATION BUT IT IS NOT

Refunds or reprints are not available for orders marked as delivered. If you require specific information about the delivery, including GPS location, please contact the carrier responsible for the delivery (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL).

 

THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN "IN-TRANSIT" FOR MORE THAN 30 DAYS

We understand that waiting for a long time can be frustrating, and we would be happy to reprint and reship your item upon your request. However, please be aware that in the event of a force majeure situation, our return policy may not apply. If such a situation occurs, we will provide an official statement to keep you informed.

 

THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TO THE INCORRECT ADDRESS

If the package has been delivered to a different location than the shipping address, we are happy to replace the item upon your request. However, please be aware that in the event of a force majeure situation, our Hokefi return policy will not be applicable. In such cases, we will provide an official statement.

 

THE PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO HOKEFI BECAUSE AN INVALID ADDRESS WAS PROVIDED

We do not provide replacements, refunds, or credits for orders with invalid address entries.

 

THE PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO HOKEFI BUT THE ADDRESS WAS VALID AND CORRECT

We would be pleased to arrange for a replacement and reshipment of any orders that have been returned to us by the carrier.

 

THE POST OFFICE PROVIDED A NOTICE THAT THE PACKAGE WAS LOST IN THE MAIL

We are happy to arrange for a replacement and reshipment of any orders that have been returned to the sender.

 

THE ITEM RECEIVED IS INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE

If you received an incorrect or defective item, we are happy to ship you a replacement order.

Please note that:

  • Detailed photographs are required for quality control purposes.
  • In order to qualify for a refund or replacement, any issues with the order must be reported within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • You cannot change the replacement item.

We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect address information.

However, please note that the time to make changes to the details in the order is within 6 hours from the time of placing the order. If your order has already been printed, manufactured, and dispatched, we apologize for not being able to make any changes. Therefore, please try to contact us via email as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours from the time you place your order.

Hokefi does not assume responsibility for any destination country taxes, duty charges, customs fees, or any other duties or taxes that may be incurred under any circumstances. It is the customer's responsibility to comply with any restrictions, pay any applicable duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.

If a customer refuses to accept a package upon arrival in their country, or if multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful, Hokefi reserves the right to cancel the package(s) at any time and will not be responsible for issuing any refunds.
